1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Castle API service ("Service") provided by BotWitter ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Description

The Service provides an API intended for research, testing, development, and automation workflows. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability for any specific purpose.

3. No Affiliation With Third Parties

BotWitter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Twitter/X, Castle, or any other third-party platform. Any trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.

Changes, restrictions, bans, suspensions, or enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms are outside of our control and are not our responsibility.

4. API Keys & Accounts

Each API key is issued for a single individual or organization.
Sharing, reselling, or transferring API keys is strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your API key.
We reserve the right to revoke or rotate API keys at any time if misuse is detected.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity
Violate the terms, policies, or rules of any third-party service
Attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures, or usage restrictions
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission

6. User Responsibility & Indemnification

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for how you use the Service and for all actions performed using the API.

BotWitter provides a technical tool only and does not control user behavior or outcomes.
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Any misuse, abuse, or violation is entirely your responsibility.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BotWitter from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal actions arising from your use of the Service.
If your usage violates these terms or applicable laws, access may be terminated immediately without refund.

7. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any success rate, acceptance, approval, or outcome. Any metrics, examples, or performance indicators are illustrative only and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

8. Rate Limits & Fair Usage

Each subscription plan includes defined rate limits. Exceeding these limits may result in throttling, suspension, or permanent revocation of access without refund.

9. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed via third-party payment providers (e.g., Cryptomus).
All sales are final. No refunds or chargebacks are permitted.
Credits or refunds may be issued solely at our discretion.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with or without prior notice.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uptime or availability. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may occur at any time.

BotWitter is not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from downtime or service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotWitter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the preceding thirty (30) days.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected misuse.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
